Short Synopsis: at the twilight of her life, Madame de Montespan — the disgraced royal mistress of Louis XIV — reflects on her fall from grace. In her memories unfolds a secret history of obsession, betrayal, and occult power at the court of the Sun King. The Red King is told through the voice of memory and the vision of AI.
The Red King is not a cinematic film or a prestige TV drama. It is a mini-drama series created in collaboration between humans and AI, exploring a cinematic style yet designed for desktop, tablet, or smartphone viewing. Each episode runs 5–6 minutes, crafted for a culturally curious, quality-seeking audience navigating an ocean of online content. The series also functions as a sustainable campaign to explore the creative potential of AI.
🎼 The original music is composed by Nicolas De Cock. While AI expands the possibilities of image, sound, and narrative, his score adds a human depth and beauty to the work. Together, they form a creative dialogue — showing AI not as a replacement, but as a powerful tool for inspiration in this new form of storytelling.
